In my newest collection of poems, Memoirs of a Dreamer will be about the anticipation of me working on a dream that I want to come true. Having hope and believing in yourself can be tough. There is always someone there who will doubt you and it won't matter how many people are behind you, one criticism can fill you with the greatest doubt.
I've been a dreamer my entire life. I always think about what my life would look like five or ten years from now. I believe in setting goals and working towards them. My philosophy has always been, don't live every day like it's your last. Pretend that you are guaranteed the next ten years of your life. What would you do today to make life better ten years from now?
Memoirs of a Dreamer will not be just a collection of poems, but a reminder to never stop believing in yourself.
